Restaurant Hubert presents La Vie Royale: an intimate evening of live performance, free-flowing French wine and theatrical indulgence in the heritage Theatre Royale.

Inspired by the grand salons and smoky cabarets of another era, each performance unfolds as a delightfully unpredictable evening of music, comedy, glamour and impossible feats, accompanied by Hubert’s unmistakable hospitality.

Expect a cast of extraordinary performers drawn from the worlds of cabaret, circus, burlesque and live theatre. There may be soaring vocals, dazzling showgirls, razor-sharp wit, astonishing acts of danger, moments of absurdity and just enough beautiful chaos to remind you that the best nights are never entirely sensible.

Throughout the evening, wine is poured generously and passed amongst the room in the spirit of celebration, while an intermission feast from Restaurant Hubert’s kitchen offers an indulgent pause before the curtain rises once more.

No two evenings are ever quite the same. New performers, new surprises and new stories ensure that every edition of La Vie Royale is its own fleeting occasion; impossible to recreate and best enjoyed in good company.

Two tiers of tickets are available:

• “Front Row Feast” front of stage, for the best seats in the house. These tickets are highly exclusive and reserved for those wishing to exist in the eye of the action, a fully immersive dining experience, with Hubert’s grand plats of charcuterie and cheese, a French banquet for an intermission indulgence and free-flowing wine for the duration of the event.
• “Admission De Luxe” Theatre seats, privy to elevated view and grand plats of charcuterie, cheese and baguettes as well as free-flowing wine.
