Welcome to Curtains Jazz Club, a late-night bar inspired by the world’s great jazz rooms: Ronnie Scott’s in London, Smalls in New York, 70s psychedelic dens, and the record bars of old Tokyo.
Every night, the stage comes alive with some of the city’s best jazz musicians. Each night brings its own mood, from soulful grooves to high-tempo improvisation.
Outside of live hours, the soundtrack drifts from Monk, Brubeck, and Washington to Japanese deep cuts, rare European pressings, obscure modern releases, and rare CD collections.
The cocktail list pays tribute to the world’s great bars, from Harry’s New York Bar in Paris to Bar High Five in Tokyo, with refined twists on timeless recipes. Each drink nods to a classic but carries its own character: a French 75 scented with jasmine and rosé vermouth, a whisky highball lifted with tonka bean and mandarin, a pandan-spiked Mary Pickford, a fig leaf Sazerac. Tasteful, balanced, and quietly world-class. The back bar is a world of whisky and a global collection of rare and vintage spirits.
Curtains is open seven nights a week, from 5pm to 2am. Live jazz, great drinks, and a room made for grooving.
